Terms of Service

This page, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, sets out the legal terms and conditions (the “Terms”) which govern your use of the Nobugs Store (the “Webstore”), operated by Nobugs (“Nobugs”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

These Terms apply to any contract between you and Us in respect of your purchase of FiveM scripts, resources, and other digital products (“Products”) on the Webstore (the “Contract”). Please read these Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before ordering from the Webstore.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you will not be able to place an order.

We are Nobugs, the creator and seller of the FiveM scripts and digital resources available on this Webstore. We design, license, and distribute digital software products built for use with FiveM servers.

Payments for Products on this Webstore are processed by Tebex Limited, acting as merchant of record, through the checkout platform at checkout.tebex.io.

If you wish to contact us for technical support, to report an issue, or with any questions about your order or these Terms, the best way to reach us is through our Discord server, or via our documentation.

If we have to contact you or give you notice in writing, we will do so by email to the address associated with your order.

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Products (including scripts, code, designs, and assets) are owned by Us or Our licensors and are licensed, not sold, to you.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, each Product is licensed for use on a single FiveM server. Many Products are protected by escrow and may require server-side validation. You must hold any valid license key or verification required to run a Product.

We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, virus-free, or secure operation of, or access to, the Webstore or its Products. You are responsible for ensuring that a Product is compatible with your server's framework (e.g. QBCore, QBOX, ESX, ND) and FiveM/artifacts version before purchasing.

You may only use Products for the personal operation of your own FiveM server. Unless expressly permitted by Us in writing, you shall not:

• Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise transfer a Product or any rights to it to any third party;
• Copy, reproduce, publish, modify, or create any derivative work from a Product, in whole or in part;
• Disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code contained in or pertaining to a Product;
• Use a Product on more than the number of servers covered by your license;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice within a Product.

You may only purchase Products from the Webstore if you are at least 16 years old. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

The Webstore will guide you through the steps required to place an order. Please check and amend any errors before submitting your order. All sales are processed through the Tebex checkout platform at checkout.tebex.io.

Payment methods, applicable taxes, and any fees will be displayed during checkout. You may only pay using the payment methods we specify during the checkout flow. When you provide payment information, you represent that you are the authorised user of the card, account, or instrument associated with that payment.

You agree that you will not use IP proxying or other methods to disguise your place of residence, whether to circumvent geographical restrictions or to purchase at pricing not appropriate to your geography.

The price of Products is set by Us and will be as quoted on the Webstore at the time you submit your order. We may change prices from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed that has been accepted by Us.

If VAT or any similar sales tax is chargeable in your territory, it will be added to the price. Payment processing is performed by Tebex and its third-party payment processors.

Products are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your purchased Products, typically instantly. Any relevant license keys, instructions, and access details will be provided to the email address associated with your order and/or through your Tebex account.

If you experience any issues with delivery or access, please contact Us as set out in Condition 3.

Because Products are digital goods that are delivered instantly and (in many cases) cannot be revoked once accessed, all transactions are final and non-refundable.

Please ensure that a Product is compatible with your server, framework, and FiveM version before purchasing. We are under no obligation to provide a refund where a Product has been downloaded or accessed, or where it does not function due to incompatibility with your environment that was not disclosed as supported on the product page.

If a Product is materially defective or not as described, please contact Us — we will make every reasonable effort to assist you, as set out in Condition 11. Your statutory consumer rights (see Condition 13) remain unaffected.

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any problems or queries you may have regarding a Product. To contact us, please refer to Condition 3. Where a difficulty relates to an ancillary service required to use a Product (for example, the operation of your FiveM server, hosting, or third-party resources), we may refer you to specialised external support.

In short: if you are in the EU, your usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply once you download or access a Product, because our Products are digital content delivered instantly.

EU law gives consumers a right of withdrawal on purchases, but this right may be excluded for digitally supplied content once delivery has begun. Because our Products are digital content delivered electronically, you acknowledge and agree that by downloading or accessing a Product, the EU statutory right of withdrawal expires immediately. If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the Product, the withdrawal period ends 14 days after purchase.

To exercise the right of withdrawal (where it still applies), you must inform Us in writing of your decision before the withdrawal period has expired.

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable skill and care. These legal rights are not affected by Condition 10 or anything else in these Terms, and you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.

We only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please take the time to read that document, as it includes important terms that apply to you.

The Webstore may link to third-party sites or vendors. In order to use some Products, you may need to access ancillary services provided by third parties (such as FiveM, server hosts, or other resources), which may be subject to additional terms. Any separate charges or obligations you incur in dealings with these third parties are your responsibility, and We make no representation or warranty regarding them.

If We fail to comply with these Terms, We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of Our breach or negligence, but We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is not foreseeable if it relates to loss of goodwill, computer failure or malfunction, any indirect or consequential damages, or any delay or inability to use the Products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Our liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Products, or relevant laws and regulatory requirements. The Terms in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order. Please check these Terms each time you order.

The date these Terms were most recently updated is shown at the top of this page.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Nobugs is established. Because our payments are processed by Tebex Limited (acting as merchant of record), the payment processing itself may additionally be subject to the terms and laws of Tebex's own jurisdiction.

As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.

Transfer. We may transfer Our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or Our obligations. You may only transfer your rights or obligations to another person if We agree in writing.

No third-party rights. These Terms are between you and Us. No other person has any rights to enforce any of their terms.

Severability. Each paragraph operates separately. If any provision is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect.

Waiver. If We delay in enforcing a right or fail to insist on your compliance with an obligation, that does not mean We have waived Our rights, nor that you do not have to comply. Any waiver We grant will be in writing and will apply only to that specific instance.
