Nobugs respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy notice explains how we look after your personal data when you visit and use the Nobugs Store (the “Webstore”), regardless of where you visit it from, and informs you of your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
This privacy notice is provided in a layered format so you can jump to the specific areas set out below. Please also use the Glossary (Condition 17) to understand the meaning of some of the terms used.
2.Who We Are
Nobugs is the controller and responsible for your personal data (referred to as “Nobugs”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in this privacy notice) in relation to the operation of this Webstore and the delivery of the FiveM scripts and digital products offered on it.
Payments for Products are processed by Tebex Limited, acting as merchant of record, through the checkout platform at checkout.tebex.io. Tebex Limited also acts as a separate controller in respect of the payment data it processes.

It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us.

This Webstore may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins, and applications (for example, our Discord server and documentation). Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you leave our Webstore, we encourage you to read the privacy notice of every website you visit.
6.The Data We Collect About You
Personal data means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data). We may collect, use, store, and transfer different kinds of personal data about you, grouped as follows:
- Identity Data includes your username or similar identifier.
- Contact Data includes your email address and billing address.
- Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and details of the Products you have purchased from us.
- Technical Data includes your internet protocol (IP) address, login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, and other technology on the devices you use to access this Webstore.
- Profile Data includes your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, and any account preferences.
- Usage Data includes information about how you use our Webstore and Products.

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (such as details about race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, or health, genetic, and biometric data). Nor do we collect information about criminal convictions and offences.
7.How Your Personal Data Is Collected
We use different methods to collect data about you:
- Direct interactions. You give us your Identity and Contact Data when you create an account, place an order, subscribe to updates, contact us, or otherwise interact with this Webstore.
- Automated technologies or interactions. As you interact with our Webstore, we may automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns using cookies, server logs, and other similar technologies.
- Third parties or publicly available sources. We may receive Technical Data from analytics providers, and Contact and Transaction Data from payment and delivery service providers such as Tebex and its processors.

We strive to provide you with choices regarding certain personal data uses, particularly around marketing. We may use your Identity, Contact, Technical, Usage, and Profile Data to form a view on what we think you may want or need.
You will receive marketing communications from us only if you have requested information from us or purchased Products from us and have not opted out of receiving that marketing.
Opting out: You can ask us to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by contacting us or by following the opt-out links on any marketing message we send you.
10.Cookies
You can set your browser to refuse all or some cookies, or to alert you when websites set or access them. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this Webstore may become inaccessible or not function properly.
11.Change of Purpose
We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason that is compatible with the original purpose. If we need to use your personal data for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and explain the legal basis which allows us to do so.
12.Disclosures of Your Personal Data
We may share your personal data with third parties where necessary for the purposes set out above, including:
- Service providers acting as processors (such as hosting and analytics providers) that support the operation of our Webstore.
- Tebex Limited and its payment processors, in order to process your payments and deliver your orders.
- Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or assets. If a change happens to our business, the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy notice.
We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process it for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
13.International Transfers
Many of our external third parties are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA), so their processing of your personal data may involve a transfer of data outside the EEA.
Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the EEA, we ensure a similar degree of protection by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is in place: we only transfer your personal data to countries that have been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection by the European Commission, or we use Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
14.Data Security
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered, or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those who have a business need to know.
You can also help us protect your personal data by keeping your passwords private, not using personal data such as your name or date of birth as passwords, and changing your password regularly. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
15.Data Retention
How long will you use my personal data for? We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
To determine the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process it, and the applicable legal requirements.
In some circumstances you can ask us to delete your data. In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use that information indefinitely without further notice to you.
16.Your Legal Rights
Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data, including the right to:
- Request access to your personal data (a “data subject access request”), enabling you to receive a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Request correction of any incomplete or inaccurate personal data we hold about you.

- Object to processing of your personal data where we rely on a legitimate interest.
- Request restriction of processing in certain scenarios.

No fee usually required. You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data or exercise any of the above rights. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive.
What we may need from you. We may need to request specific information from you to confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data. We aim to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take longer if your request is complex or you have made several requests, in which case we will notify you and keep you updated.
17.Glossary
Lawful Basis. The legal grounds on which we process your personal data, most commonly the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests, or compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation.
Legitimate Interest. The interest of our business in conducting and managing our operations to give you the best service and the most secure experience.
Performance of Contract. Processing your data where it is necessary to perform a contract you are party to, or to take steps at your request before entering such a contract.
Comply with a legal or regulatory obligation. Processing your personal data where it is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation we are subject to.
